Description of the front: crown of camellia flowers, Nerines (Guernsey lilies) and leaves with the Bailiwick seal in the center. Texts in English, guilloche patterns. The numbering is printed in black. Three combination of signatures with The Treasurer. Description of the back: a view of the Château Cornet in the bay of Saint-Pierre-Port. The specimen is known overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red horizontally on the front and back and numbered "A 00000". 7,860,000 issued notes. 108,000 copies not returned.
