Solid security thread with demetalized "10 DINARS". Printer: Unknown. Front and back: Polychrome print predominantly green, blue and orange. Description on the front: Portrait of the Islamic philosopher Abd-Alrahman Ibn Khaidoun and in the background, a view of the street where his house was located. The labels are printed in Arabic at the top right. On the left of the thumbnail below the watermark, the issue date "1994-11-7" and the signatures of Deputy Governor Abdelmoumen Souayah and Governor Mohamed El Béji Hamda. The value "10" is indicated in two places on the drawing. The numbering is repeated in black horizontally on the left and vertically on the right with a prefix "D / 1 to D / 17" and a 7-digit number. Description of the back: Texts in French. Background consisting of a mosaic of scenes (a farmer on his tractor, a worker ...). In the center, a book opened on November 7, 1987 and on the cover, the inscriptions “Beginning, Democraty, State of Rights”. The number "7" above, which is often found throughout the presidency of Ben Ali ... he was elected to the presidency on November 7, 1987! The value in figures is repeated four times in the corners of the drawing. The specimen is known numbered "D / 1 0000000" and overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red oblique in the center on the front and back and perforated "SPECIMEN" vertically on the watermark.
