Dual Track windowed security thread with demetalized BCT 10. Printer: Unknown. Front and back: Polychrome print, predominantly light blue and yellow. Description of the front: Security background composed of geometric shapes, arabesques and rosettes. The labels are printed in Arabic in the center at the top. On the right side, the signatures of Deputy Governor Mohamed Rekik and Governor Kamel Nabli. In the center, a portrait of the poet Aboul El Kacem Chebbi (1909-1934), considered to be the greatest national poet of Tunisia. The value "10" is printed in blue in very large numbers on the left and repeated in smaller on the right. The numbering is repeated in black in the corners with a prefix "series D / 1 to D / 28" with a 7-digit number. Below, the issue date "20-3-2013". Description of the back: Texts in French.
