Left, portrait of Jean-Baptiste Colbert, Minister of Finance and Secretary of State of the Navy of Louis XIV and right a fleet of commercial boats on the ocean. One signature: The Director General: A. Postel-Vinay. Back: Lush exotic landscape and a view of a river on which a pirogue sails. At the bottom of the back right, article 139 of the Penal Code printed in a light blue cartouche.
