In the center, in a dark green oval, is a portrait of Marianne wearing a phrygian cap in profile. Marine anchors with cross of Lorraine on both sides of the figure. Two signatures: The Chief Executive Officer: A. Postel-Vinay and The Chairman of the Supervisory Board: J. Leclerc. Back: guilloche in the corners against a gradient green safety background and in an oval, the Article 139 of the Penal Code framed by the value "10" repeated left and right. Known specimen with "SPECIMEN" overprinted and cancellation perforation on signatures and numbered GB 000,000. Another specimen with overprint in blue in the lower margin on the front.
