Material: paper. Texts in Dutch. Description of the front: Front and back printing predominantly blue and brown-purple. Background with patterns in repetition. At center top, the value, the name of the bank and below the signatures. Stylized coat of arms with lion at bottom center: "Je maintiendrai (I will maintain)". Value 10 at the 4 corners. Signatures: Directeur, Westerman Holstijn / President, Trip. Description of the back: brown, blue and purple. Multicolor rosettes and geometric designs with the text of Law at center. Series letters and banknote number are printed in black. The specimen is known overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red diagonally front and back. Another specimen is known perforated horizontally "INGETROKKEN".
