Signatures: Secretaris, De Bijll Nachenius / President, Zijlstra. Description of the back: Modern design at center with line structure in the form of paint scrubber and ruff. Value 5 in blue at 2 corners. Watermark at right and the text of Law at left (Art. 208). Series letters and banknote number are printed in black and repeated two time.
