Netherlands. 1977-1997 Issues. De Nederlandsche Bank. Printer: Johan Enschedé en Zonen (JEZ), Haarlem. Designer: Drupsteen, Jaap T.G. (1942-). Watermark: The common kingfisher. Dimensions: 136 x 76 mm. Date: 01-07-1997. No security thread. Security signs: Built into the paper fibers, in the ultraviolet, are yellow. Material: paper. Texts in Dutch. Description of the front: Front and back printing predominantly purple and blue-violet on multicolor underprint. At top, the name of the bank, Amsterdam, date and signatures. At bottom, the value in letters in dark blue. Value 10 in white at center. Signatures: President: Arnout Henricus Elisabeth Maria Nout Wellink, Secretaris: Jaap Koning. Description of the back: multicolor. Security background in geometric designs with grid of ten rectangular blocks, with circle segments and tube shapes on top. Value 10 in white at 2 corners. Watermark at left with the text of Law (Art. 208). Serial banknote number is printed under barcode. The specimen is known overprinted in red diagonally front and reverse in open letters "SPECIMEN".
