On the left, portrait of La Bourdonnais, french navigator of the eighteenth century and on the right two women in traditional costume. One signature: The Director General: A. Postel-Vinay. Back: Female bust in profile wearing jewelry in front of a mountainous landscape of Martinique. On the left, article 139 of the Penal Code is printed in a red cartridge. The overprint "SAINT-PIERRE-ET-MIQUELON" is repeated twice in black. Specimen of the issued note signed and numbered O.0 - 00000 with "SPECIMEN" diagonally perforated at the center of the bill and two vertical wet black pads on the sides. Alphabet found: Y.44.
