Bank of Guadeloupe. No date (1852). First issue in 1885. Monochrome print in red on the front and back. Work of Cornouaille on the front. Dimensions: 205 x 115 mm. Watermark with the value "100" repeated twice. Front: vignette composed of cornucopias and symbolic motifs. On the right, the strain in English typography is cut out. Only one type of signature with The Director, The Cashier and One of the Censors. The numbering is handwritten for the issue from 1885 to 1993 and the numbering and the alphabet are printed in red for the issue of 1893. The signatures are printed in black. Article 139 of the law code is printed in white in two red medallions. Back: identical to the front. No known specimen. Identical proof without watermark, unsigned and numbered 000. The numbers "100" of the watermark are drawn in black in their theoretical place. Another proof without watermark, unsigned and numbered A0 - 1000. Known copies: Hx-274, M.1-701, Z.3-882.
