Netherlands. 1924-1943 Issues. De Nederlandsche Bank. Printer: Johan Enschedé en Zonen, Haarlem. Designer: Lion Cachet (1864-1945). Dimensions: 175 x 100 mm. Dates: Varieties. No security thread. Material: paper. Texts in Dutch. Description of the front: Front and back printing predominantly brown and multicolor. Frame and background with guilloches patterns and rosettes. Portrait of "Maria Magdalena" by Jan Scorel at top left center and upper right (reflected images). In field the name of the bank, the value and a rosette at center and below the signatures in brown. Value 100 at center. Watermark at left. Four combinations of signatures with De Secretaris and De President. Description of the back: Green, red and blue. Large rosette in background at center. Value 100, Amsterdam and date in red and the bank monogram (DNB) at the 4 corners. Series letters and banknote numbers are printed in red and repeat two time. At right and left, the text of Law. The specimen is known overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red diagonally and perforated horizontally "INGETROKKEN 34 5 68".
