Watermark: Neptune's head in profile. Printer: Officina Carte-Valori I.P.S. No security thread. Material: paper. Front and back printing in tri-color, predominantly brown, ocher and red. Description of the front: ocher safety background composed of repeating patterns. On the left, a decorated letter "B" and a reclining woman looking in a mirror and above, two cherubs surround a crowned shield. On the right, a child symbolizing Justice holds a sword and a balance in his hands. In the center at the bottom, a seal in red with the head in profile of Italia. Texts in Italian. The numbering and signatures are printed in black. Two signatures with Governor Vincenzo Azzolini and The Cashier Urbini. Description of the back: security background composed of repeating patterns. On the left, six cherubs take an urn out of the water with a net. On the right, an allegory of Standing Science holds an open book and a torch with cherubs at its feet. A bird is perched and a child holds a mirror in his hands. In the center, an eagle is placed on a "FASCIO" seal. No specimen known for the Type.
