No security thread. Watermark: woman's head with flowers in her hair. Printer: Bank of France. Multicolored front and back printing, predominantly pink, orange, blue and yellow. Description of the front: Issa woman carrying a vase. The portrait is printed identically on the front and back. Texts in French and Arabic. The issuing institute "PUBLIC TREASURE" is printed in blue in the center at the top of the frame. The numbering is printed in black. The watermark is shown in a circular medallion on the right. The words “FRENCH TERRITORY OF AFARS AND ISSAS” are printed in blue in the lower corners on a pink background. The value in figures is printed in blue in the upper corners. In the background on the right, a view of the Djibouti Government building. The banknote is not signed. Back description: Issa woman carrying a vase. Texts in French and Arabic. The wording of the issuing institute "DJIBOUTI - FRENCH TERRITORY OF AFARS AND ISSAS" is again indicated in the center on the drawing. In the background on the left, the French warship "Maréchal Joffre". The article of the penal code is printed in blue in a yellow rectangle.
