Mali. Central Bank of Mali. 1970-1984 Issues. Dimensions: 170 x 110 mm. Material: paper. Watermark: portrait of President Mamadou Konaté. Printer: Bank of France. No security thread. The note is undated. Multicolor front and back intaglio print in predominantly blue and red. Texts in French. Description of the front: two vertical multicolored friezes on the sides. At the top border, the value “10,000” is printed in dark blue in the corners. In the center, the issuing institute "CENTRAL BANK OF MALI" in dark blue. Below, the banknote number in black and the value in letters in dark blue. Below, the watermark and on the left, a man with a small black goatee and wearing the red cap typical of Mali. In the background, a view of the Djikoroni ceramic factory. The signatures are printed in black in the drawing. Seven combinations of signatures known to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer. Below, a frieze decorated with multicolored shapes. The series and number are printed in black in gray cartridges on the sides. Description of the back: bottom composed of multicolored shapes. The value "10,000" and the issuing institute "CENTRAL BANK OF MALI" are printed in blue on a light green background. Below left, a traditional weaving scene. In the center, the watermark and on the right, a young Malian woman wearing jewelry and a colorful scarf. At the bottom left, the article of the penal code is printed on three lines in a light yellow cartridge.
