Material: paper with counterfoil. Polychrome front and back printing, predominantly brown and red. Description of the front: frame composed of repeating graphic patterns with the number "10.000" in the upper right corner. Below, a seal in red with the head in profile of Italia. On the sides, two medallions with the profile of Italia Turrita, the allegorical female figure personifying Italy. The date and the emission decree are printed in red in the counterfoil. The numbering is printed in black and the signatures are printed in brown. Two signatures with Governor Luigi Einaudi and Le Caissier Urbini. Description of the back: brown background with the value "LIRE 10,000" in the center. No specimen known for Type.
