Front and back printing in black and white. Texts in French. Description of the front: guilloche frame and safety background made of plants. Above, the issuing institute "BANK OF THE BELGIAN CONGO". The value "TWO FRANCS" and the words "PAYABLES AT SIGHT" are printed in the center. On the left, the value "2" in a graphic medallion. In the center, the article of the penal code is printed on a line in a rectangle. On the right, the Congolese star. The banknote number and series (A, K) are printed twice in black. The signatures are printed in black. A single combination of signatures with The Deputy Officer in Africa René Goeman and The Officer in Africa Richard Baseleer.
