Identical to the Pick: # 22 except the name of the issuing institute which changes by: "Issuing Institute of French Equatorial Africa and Cameroon". Work of Pierre Munier and engraving of Broutin for the front and Pierre Munier and engraving of Magd. Tison for the back. Dimensions: 136 x 73 mm. Seamless watermark composed of small boats and anchors. Front and back: Multicolored printing. Front: The issuing institute (A.E.F), the value in figures and letters are printed in red brown. The numbering and the signature are printed in black. Right, portrait of Emile Gentil, French explorer of the nineteenth century and left, village scene with four people dressed in a loincloth. Two types of signatures: The President, Georges Armand Gautier and The Director General, Claude Panouillot. Back: Young man in bust in front of a landscape with a view on a river. At the bottom of the back right, article 139 of the Penal Code printed in a brown cartridge. Specimen of issued note numbered O.0 - 00000 with "SPECIMEN" perforated obliquely in the center of the bill. Another identical specimen with a black wet pad affixed obliquely to the front.
