Watermark with the value "25" repeated twice over the signatures. Front: vignette composed of cornucopias and symbolic motifs. On the right, the strain in English typography is cut out. Only one type of signatures with The Director, The Cashier and One of the Censors. The numbering and the alphabet are printed in black. The signatures are handwritten in purple. Article 139 of the law text is printed in white in two black medallions. Back: identical to the front. Proof in black with watermark "25" repeated twice. Printed specimen with black frame unsigned and unnumbered. The photo note E.3-497 is the only known copy to date and also illustrates the Dr. Kolsky's book: "The D.O.M-T.O.M Banknotes", published in 2006, 280 pages. Slab PMG 35.
