Bank of Guadeloupe. No date (1927). First issue in 1934. Work of Clément Serveau. Dimensions: 150 x 96 mm. Multicolored front and back printing. Watermark with portrait of Colbert seen in profile. Front: vignette composed of a wreath of flowers and in the center a woman holding in her hand a branch of laurels. Cornucopia with exotic fruits and Article 139 of the Penal Code at the bottom of the bill. Two variants of signatures with The Director, The Cashier and A Censor. Numbering, alphabet and signatures are printed in black. A value in figures is printed in blue. The second value in figures and "BANQUE DE LA GUADELOUPE" are printed in red. Back: a lush forest in the foreground and a commercial vessel at anchor in a bay. Specimen on unsigned Y.31 alphabet. Double-sided proof on paper without watermark, without signatures and unnumbered.
