Solid security thread with demetalized "30 D BCT". Printer: Unknown. Front and back: Polychrome print, mainly blue, green, brown and orange. Description on the front: Security background made up of arabesques with a view of a highway interchange, old columns, a modern bridge and the Science Institute. On the right, a portrait of Abou El Kacem Chebbi (1909-1934) considered to be the greatest national poet of Tunisia. The labels are printed in Arabic in white in the center at the top in a cartouche decorated with arabesques. In the drawing in the center, the signatures of Deputy Governor Mohamed Daouas and Governor Mohamed El Béji Hamda. The value "30" is printed in white and repeated at two opposite angles. The numbering is printed in black at two opposite angles with a prefix "F / 1 to F / 6" and a 7-digit number. The issue date "1997-11-7" is shown vertically. Description of the back: Texts in French. Security background made up of arabesques. In the foreground on the left, two young girls drink from a fountain in front of a picking scene in a field. On the right side, a water tower and a flock of sheep near a water source and in the foreground, a woman on her loom. Crescent moon and Tunisian National Solidarity Fund (FSN) logo "26-26". The value in figures is repeated twice in the corners. The specimen is known numbered "F / 1 0000000" and overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red oblique in the center on the front and back and perforated "SPÉCIMEN" in vertical.
