Description of the front: Bottom composed of a view of the old Punic port of the ancient city of Carthage. In the foreground, a profile of the Carthaginian general Hannibal wearing a helmet. The labels are printed in Arabic at the top right. At the bottom of the note, the signatures of Deputy Governor Hédi Zar and Governor Taoufik Baccar. The value "5" is printed three times. The numbering is repeated in black horizontally on the left and vertically on the right with a prefix "C / 1 to C / 5" and a 7-digit number. Below, the issue date "2008".
