The note is dated by Decree of December 29, 1919. Monochrome front and back print predominantly green. Texts in French. Description of the front: in the center at the top, the wording of the issuing institute "Chamber of Commerce of the French Settlements in Oceania" is printed in black and the date of the Decree are printed in black. Below, the banknote number is affixed by hand in black or blue. The Series (C) is printed in black on the right. On the left, the value "50 c." and the value in letters in the center. It is stated that the voucher is "Redeemable at sight by the Bank of Indo-China Notes". A single combination of handwritten signatures in blue with The Secretary, Charles Poroï and The President, Pierre Herault. At the bottom right, the banknote number is affixed by hand in black or blue and the Series (C) is printed in black on the left.
