Windowed security thread with demetalized "50 DINARS BCT". Printer: Oberthur Technologies, France. Front and back: Polychrome print, predominantly green, purple and orange. Description on the front: Security background composed of geometric shapes, arabesques and rosettes with a view of the City of Culture building. In the center, a portrait of the writer and poet Abū Ḥasan Ibn Rachiq (1000-1071). The labels are printed in Arabic in the center at the top. On the right side, the signatures of Deputy Governor Hédi Zar and Governor Taoufik Baccar. The value “50” is printed in green and repeated on the sides. The numbering is printed in black at two opposite angles with a prefix "G / 1 to G / 2" and a 7-digit number. Below, the issue date "2008-11-7". Description of the back: Texts in French. View of the suspension bridge at Radès-La Goulette over Tunis canal and another view of the terminal at Zine el Abidine Ben Ali airport in Enfidha-Hammamet. The number value is repeated three times. Holographic stripe. The specimen is known numbered "G / 1 0000000" and overprinted "SPECIMEN" in red oblique in the center on the front and back and perforated "SPECIMEN" in vertical.
