In the background, two women carrying trays on heads. Above in the center, the issuing institute "ISSUING INSTITUTE OF F.W.A AND TOGO". On the left, the area reserved for the watermark in a pentagon. The value “50” is printed in red and repeated in the upper corners. The numbering, date and signatures are printed in black. A single type of signature with The President, Robert Tezenas du Montcel and The Director General (Gal), Robert Julienne.
