Watermark: crescent moon (upside down and upside down version) and Maltese cross. Printer: Bank of France. Front and back: multicolored print, mainly yellow and red. Description of the front: a young Comorian veiled by a shiromani poses in front of the administrative building of Mutsamudu. In the lower left, we see two women veiled in shiromani. The texts are in French. The label "CENTRAL BANK OF COMOROS" and the value in figures are printed in dark blue in the upper border. The value in letters is printed in red. The signatures and numbering are printed in black. Three variants of signatures are known with the Director General (or The Governor) and The Chairman of the Board of Directors. Description of the back: texts in French and Arabic. Two women dressed in a shiromani carry baskets of fruit and pose in front of palm trees and canoes from the island of Mohéli. Article 139 of the penal code is printed at the bottom in three lines in a yellow frame. The specimen is known not overprinted "SPECIMEN", not perforated "SPECIMEN" but numbered "O.00 - 000000000".
