Description of the front: Portrait of King Jigme Singye Wangchuck wearing a raven crown in the center, the national emblem of Bhutan on the left. “Royal Government of Bhutan” written in Dzongkha at the top of 1 line. Series and numbering printed in black. Texts in Dzongkha. Signature: Princess Ashi Sonam Choden Wangchuck. Back description: Simtokha Dzong, a victorious banner (one of eight auspicious symbols in a circle on the right. "Royal Government of Bhutan" written at the top on 1 line.
