Printer: Bank of England. No security thread. Material: Paper. One-sided print predominantly black and orange. Description of the front: 1 shilling coin with a palm tree in the center. Series and numbering printed in black. Texts in English. A combination of signatures with Members of the Currency Board: Mercer, Couper and Collins. Specimen known without overprint and without numbering.
