Numbering and series in black. View of the Chamber of Deputies of the Republic of Cameroon with flags. On the right, a portrait of the first President of the Republic of Cameroon, Ahmadou Babatoura Ahidjo (1924-1989). Combinations of signatures with the Chief Executive Officer and a Censor: Claude Panouillot / Boulou Diouedi. Description of the back: frame made up of multicolored decorative motifs, flowers and exotic fruits. In the center, a clearing with freshly felled tree trunks.
