The full banknote number and the value "10000" are printed in opposite angles. The letters "F" next to the values "10000" indicate the issuing country code for the Central African Republic. In the center, the BEAC headquarters building in Yaoundé, Cameroon. On the right, a portrait of a young woman with braided hair. On the left, the watermark and a stylized map of the countries of Central Africa. The value in letters "TEN THOUSAND FRANCS" is printed in dark blue at the bottom. Two combinations of signatures printed in black with Le Gouverneur (The Governor) and Un Censeur (Auditor).
