Description of the front: Text in Croatian. Two sheaves of wheat in a medallion. Prefix and numbering in red. Coat of arms, guilloche patterns. Signature: Minister of National Economy, Lovro Sušić. Back: Coat of arms, text in Croatian. Guilloche patterns and center value.
