Description of the front: on the right, the baptismal font of the first Croatian prince Višeslav in Nin. Text in Croatian. Prefix and numbering in red. Frame and background composed of guilloche patterns. Signatures: The Vice-President, Junus Mehmedagić and the President, Dragutin Toth. Back: a newlywed couple from Dalmatia in traditional costume.
