Description of the front: Coat of arms of Socialist Czechoslovakia with Soviet star at left. Two Russian soldiers with guns. Slovak partisans and castle on hill in background. Texts in Slovak. No signatures. Description of the back: Scene of Devin Castle ruins in Bratislava and medieval shield. Series and numbering in red.
