Dimensions: 160 x 114 mm. Material: Paper. Printer: Bank of France. No security thread. Watermark: Face of a young African girl. Front and back: Multicolored printing. Description of the front: Texts in French: “Banque Centrale”. The value in figures is printed in black on a floral composition background. The numbering, the value in letters and the signatures are printed in black. Village scene with a cotton market. A combination of two signatures with The Chairman, Georges Armand Gautier and The Choef Officer, Claude Panouillot. Description of the back: Text in French: "États de l'Afrique Équatoriale (Equatorial African States)". Lumberjacks at work in the rainforest. Bottom right, the article of the Penal Code is printed in a yellow cartridge. Perforated specimen "SPECIMEN" vertically on the right, numbered O.0 - 00000 and overprinted "SPECIMEN" diagonally with a Specimen Number below.
