Solid security thread. Printer: Danmarks Nationalbank Banknote Printing Works. Front and back printing predominantly black, pink and purple. Description of the front: Portrait of a Faroese shepherd on the right. Two combinations of signatures of the High Commissionaire and the Prime Minister. Texts in Faroese. Numbering in red. Description of the back: Drawing sheep with two lambs. Replacement notes: 0J or 0K. The 2nd and 3rd number of the block give the year of issue (example: A0864D = 1986).
