Multicolored front and back printing, predominantly brown, yellow, green. Description of the front: Background made up of hops and in the center three fishermen picking up their nets. Red diagonal overprint on the 50 kroner banknote from Denmark (Pick # 22 and # 27): "KUN GYLDIG PAA FAERØERNE, FAERØ AMT, JUNI 1940". Signature printed in red of the prefect, Carl Aage Hilbert.
