No security thread. Material: Paper. Printer: Bank of France. Watermark: Head of Mercury. Polychrome front and back printing predominantly purple, yellow and brown. Description of the front: Texts in French. On the upper border, the wording "BANQUE DE L'INDOCHINE" is printed in a purple cartridge. On the left, a portrait of a young Somali man in profile, his hands resting on his stick. The numbering and alphabet are printed in black on a yellow background. A combination of signatures in black with "Le Président (The President)", Émile Minost and "Le Directeur Général (The Chief Officer)" Jean Laurent. Description of the back: On the upper border, the wording "BANQUE DE L'INDOCHINE" printed in red in the frame. Article 139 of the Criminal Code is printed in blue on a pink background.
