Printer: Government Printer, Palestine (recto) and Émile Pikovsky Ltd. Jerusalem (reverse). Watermark: None. Polychrome front and back printing predominantly blue, yellow and green. Description of the front: Texts in French. Frame and background composed of guilloche shapes. On the upper border, the wording "BANQUE DE L'INDOCHINE" printed in the frame. Below, the numbering and series are printed in black and repeated above and below. The value in letters in the center. Below, article 139 of the penal code is printed in black on four lines. A combination of signatures in black with "Le Président (The President)", Marcel Borduge and "Le Directeur Général (The Chief Officer)" Paul Baudouin. Description of the back: Frame and background composed of floral shapes and rosettes. On the upper border, the wording "BANQUE DE L'INDOCHINE" printed in red in the frame.
