Description of the front: Overprint Crosses of Lorraine, head of antelope and "F.C." (France Combattante) on Pick # 6b. Texts in French. Light yellow security background made up of interwoven shapes. Ornamental frame made up of repeating floral shapes. At the center of the upper edge, the wording "BANQUE DE L'INDO-CHINE" is printed in a light yellow cartridge. On the left in a medallion, an allegory of France illustrated by a profile of Marianne in a helmet. On the right, a second medallion containing the watermark. Article 139 of the Criminal Code is printed on three lines in a blue cartouche in the center of the lower edge. Values in letters and numbers printed in black and "DJIBOUTI" in black in the center. The numbering and alphabet are printed in black in cartridges and repeated above and below in the frame.
