Printer: Government Printer, Palestine (recto) and Émile Pikovsky Ltd. Jerusalem (reverse). Watermark: None. Polychrome front and back printing predominantly blue, pink and purple. Description of the front: Texts in French. Frame and background composed of floral shapes. On the upper border, the wording "BANQUE DE L'INDOCHINE" printed in purple in the frame. Below, the numbering and series are printed in black and repeated above and below. The value in letters in the center with a spelling error: the "S" is missing from "CENTS". A combination of signatures in black with "Le Président (The President)", Marcel Borduge and "Le Directeur Général (The Chief Officer)" Paul Baudouin. Below, article 139 of the penal code is printed in purple on four lines. Description of the back: Frame and background composed of floral shapes and rosettes.
