Multicolored front and back printing, predominantly blue, gray and black. Description of the front: Crowned golden eagle on the left, head of Minerva on the right in a medallion of braided laurels. Texts in German. Signatures of the chairman and the board members: von Dechend, Boese, von Rotth, Gallenkamp, Herrmann, Koch, von Koenen. Description of the back: Two little angels holding a crown containing the value. Prefix and numbering in red. Very rare.
