On the left, King Moshoeshoe I seated and holding a club (knobkierie). Coat of arms of Lesotho in the center. Prefix and numbering in red and black. Texts in English. A combination of signatures with the Minister of Finance, Abdel Leshele Thoahlane and the Governor, Anthony Morae Maruping. Description of the back: Texts in Sotho.
