Description of the front: frame decorated with arabesques and background composed of repeating patterns. Texts in Maldivian. Prefix and numbering in black. Cowrie shells and a bunch of coconuts. On the right, a fishing boat in full sail (Dhivehi odi). Value "10" in the corners. Only one signature combination in black with the Governor: Maumoon Abdul Gayoom.
