Portrait of President Moktar Ould Daddah and three people with a camel in the background. Prefix and numbering in black. Texts in Arabic. "٢٠٠" value in the corners. Combination of signatures with the Treasurer General (signature unknown) and the Governor: Ahmed Ould Daddah. Description of the back: a man walking with a camel, a group of birds and two antelopes. Texts in French. Value "200" in the corners. Unissued known only in specimen!
