Description of the front: Frame made up of repetitive geometric shapes. Texts in Dutch. In the center, a view of the Queen Emma Bridge, a floating bridge crossing the bay of St. Anna in Willemstad. On the left, a medallion containing a representation of the Willemstad monument in Curaçao. Two combinations of signatures with the Secretary (De Secretaris) and the Director (De Directeur). Description of the back: Texts in Dutch. Frame composed of repeating geometric shapes. Coat of arms of the Netherlands Antilles in the center. On the left, a large rose window containing the value.
