Palestine. Palestine Currency Board. 1927-1945 Issues. 100 mils Type 1927 Unissued. Date: March 26, 1943. Dimensions: 115 x 69 mm. Watermark: Unknown. Material: Paper. No security thread. Printer: Thomas De La Rue & Company, Limited (TDLR), London, England. Front: Polychrome printing predominantly purple and light green. Description of the front: Border frame with guilloche patterns and stylized florals designs. Two punch holes cancellation. No series and no s/n. Texts in Arabic, English and Hebrew. Signatures: Percy Hubbart Ezechiel, John Caulcutt, Sidney Caine and Edmund Blaikie Boyd (Members of the Palestine Currency Board). Description of the back: Background with rosettes and guilloche patterns. Texts in Arabic, English and Hebrew. Only known in SPECIMEN. Very rare.
