Multicolored front and back printing, predominantly green, purple and brown. Description of the front: background made up of arabesques and repeating patterns. Texts in Arabic. Prefix and numbering in horizontal black and vertical red. On the right, the Qatari coat of arms with a dhow, two palm trees and two crossed swords.
