Emergency Postage Stamp Card Issues  (1914)

These postage stamps were affixed on cardboard and issued instead of the currency from 1914 to 1923. The back has two different circular stamps and of various colors: the stamp TRÉSORIER-PAYEUR DE LA NOUVELLE-CALÉDONIE with the allegorical Republic seated in the center and the NOUVELLE-CALEDONIE ET DEPENDANCES stamp with the text SECRÉTARIAT GÉNÉRAL of the Government and BUREAU / DES / FINANCES in the center.
