Signatures: Secretaris, De Jong / President, Holtrop. Description of the back: Blue. Frame with guilloche patterns in repetition. At the top center, the text of Law. Landscape with windmill after a painting by Jacob van Ruisdael. Series letters and banknote number are printed in red and repeated two time. Value 10 at the 2 top corners. At right, the watermark.
