No security thread. Material: paper. Texts in Dutch. Description of the front: Front and back printing predominantly blue, brown and green. Frame and background with guilloche patterns in repetition. At center, the name of the bank, Amsterdam and date in brown and the scales of Justice. Portrait of the diplomat, lawyer, theologian and jurist, Hugo de Groot (1583-1645) at right. Watermark at left. At bottom, the value in dark green letters and the signatures in brown. Value 10 in white at top right. Signatures: Secretaris, De Jong / President, Holtrop. Description of the back: Gray, blue, green and pink. Background with wavy lines in repetition. At center, a large rosette with world map inside. At left the scales of justice and the text of Law below. Series letters and banknote number are printed in black and repeated two time. At right, the watermark. Two caravels.
