Portrait of Willem Cornelis Mees (1813-1884) President van de De Nederlandsche Bank at lower right. Value 25 at the 2 corners. Watermark at left. Two combinations of signatures with De Secretaris and De President. Description of the back: Green, brown and multicolor. Large rosette in background at center with the bank monogram (DNB). Below, Amsterdam and the date in black. Series letters and banknote numbers are printed in black and repeat three time. Value 25 at the 4 corners. At right, the text of Law and the watermark.
